Balchem Corporation, New Hampton, NY, has acquired the encapsulation and agglomeration business of IOI Group, Loders Croklaan USA, St. Louis, MO. Balchem will continue to operate the acquired business primarily out of Channahon, IL, with certain product manufacturing moving to other Balchem operations.
